​Registration Information

The Palmetto Teen Group is open to homeschooled students who are in the 6th grade (11 years old by September 1, 2019) through the 12th grade. Families are required to actively participate through volunteering.  By completing the Registration Form, each family agrees to follow all of the PTG Guidelines listed on the Guidelines page of this website. These guidelines are designed to keep the fun in our functions.

Email Information

Group communications will be via email through the Google Group.​ When listing the preferred email address on the registration form, please make sure it includes your last name and is a  Gmail email address. This makes it easier to insure the family name on the form and the email address match.  

New members will be sent an invitation to receive the emails, but each email added will need to accept the invitation. Unfortunately, sometimes the invitation may go to spam folders, so please check there to make sure it's not deleted or doesn't expire before it's accepted. This is not an automatic process that is connected to the enrollment form. It may take longer for processing during higher enrollment periods. Patience is appreciated. 

The preferred email may be a student's if the parent so chooses. ​If there was an email address listed on the Google group email loop last year which should remain there, please list it in the "Remain on Google Group" text box on the Registration Form. For those new to PTG, more than one email may be added to the Google Group, so list additional emails in the "Add to Google Group" box.  The 2018-19 emails will be purged November 1, 2019.    
Registration Instructions  

To join PTG, complete and submit the registration form.  Type in whether each child will participate in the Middle or High School group, not both.  Please complete all of the fields for all of the students in the family.  

 ​Fill out the forms according to the instructions by using the examples below the fields. This is especially important for the large box fields pertaining to the extra Google Group emails.     

When done filling out the form, pay the membership fees.  If paying with a check or cash, please enter a 0 (zero) in the "Family Membership" amount box that is next to the US Dollar amount, and mail a check or give cash in an envelope with the family's name on it to Kathy at the address below the form, which is a the very bottom of this page.
Membership is complete after your form and payment are received.
​Instructions for both the "Remain On" & "Add To"  Google Group Email Boxes

Type the name with first and last name. / Then, type the person's email address next to it.
2019-20 Membership Fees:

* $21/family  Aug. 1, 2019 - Oct. 31, 2019  
* $31 November 1, 2019 - January 31, 2020​
* Deadline for membership is Jan. 31,2020
If you would like to pay cash, please give Kathy an envelope with the cash in it and your name on it
